Graduation is a celebration of the accomplishments of our fellows and a place to share their knowledge and impact after two years working to enact change in their agencies. Fellows will have an opportunity to present the culmination of their work, to discuss their challenges, and to plan how to sustain change wherever they go next. Fellows will be joined for this event by representatives of their agencies, as well as the entire SDP staff.
Personnel capacity and culture are the greatest barriers to high-quality data analysis in education agencies. Alex built tools and implemented systems to develop and support an environment of collaborative analysis. The KDE team now produces highly actionable research with greater speed, quality, and reproducibility. Analysts are developing new skills more quickly thanks to the collaborative development approach.
