Graduation is a celebration of the accomplishments of our fellows and a place to share their knowledge and impact after two years working to enact change in their agencies. Fellows will have an opportunity to present the culmination of their work, to discuss their challenges, and to plan how to sustain change wherever they go next. Fellows will be joined for this event by representatives of their agencies, as well as the entire SDP staff.
The agency set a goal of increasing capacity to provide data to district and school leaders. Judy increased data usage by school leaders through data sessions and increased data usage by teachers through data coaching. Judy’s work resulted in the development of Guilford’s first data dashboard for school practitioners.
